Last updated: July 15, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Finorbi, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of service
Finorbi provides tools to import, export, and manage data in QuickBooks Online via Intuit’s official API. We are an independent product and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit Inc.
3. Accounts and plans
Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Credit allowances reset each billing cycle and do not roll over unless otherwise stated. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to violate any law, infringe on any third party’s rights, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data outside the scope of your own connected QuickBooks companies.
5. Data accuracy
You are responsible for reviewing import previews before confirming any batch. Finorbi provides validation tooling but does not guarantee that imported data will be free of errors introduced by source files.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finorbi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to data entered into or removed from a connected QuickBooks company.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an account at any time. Upon termination, access to the service ends and data is deleted according to our data retention practices described in the Privacy Policy.
